The names of the organisations which will draw up plans for the redevelopment of 114-118 Lower Marsh, by Waterloo Station, have been revealed.
Conran and Partners have been appointed by Lambeth Council to develop designs for the scheme.
The company will lead a team including Iceni, Jackson Coles and Daniel Watney.
They will be working with the council over the summer to develop what a spokesperson for Conran described as a “flexible mixed-use scheme integrated with the local streetscape”.
The project is part of the ongoing redevelopment of Lower Marsh.
Victoria Whenray, director of Conran and Partners described the location as “a special site with challenging physical relationships in a culturally unique setting which is full of colour, ingenuity and humour and which has an exceptional collaborative spirit”.
